- What is the purpose of using literature data?
The primary goal is to streamline the investigation of a drug's impact on specific ion channels, potentially saving hours of literature review. Additionally, through the use of comprehensive visualization tools, we aim to provide a holistic understanding of ONE drug's effects on the entire voltage-gated channelome.

- How does the AI screening process work?
Our approach mirrors that of the ChannelAID tool, analyzing individual papers and, by combining them, inferring an overall effect.

- How to use the tool?
Two main visualization options are offered: a TreeMap or a SunBurst. For a more detailed examination of the results, users can double-click on any ion channel to access the paper analysis view.

- What do the colors signify?
The red or green color indicate a “CLOSE” or "OPEN" effect respectively. The intensity of the color represents the confidence of the output, with darker shades indicating higher confidence. If both colors appear on the same cell, it indicates a conflicting results. A diagonally hashed cell signifies an absence of paper.
